ISE 8×10 Single Size Easel [EXC+]

I have a strong preference for single-size easels. They are a lot easier to work with than the adjustable type IMO. This is a simple and easy to use 8×10 easel with a top to flatten the paper. It is in excellent+ condition and works perfectly.
