Pentax Spotmeter V w/ Case -Hole in Plastic- [GOOD]

Here’s a high end hand-held gun-style spot meter made by Pentax. 1-degree spot metering provides precise measurement of light values with results displayed with a needle design in the viewfinder.

It is in good condition with moderate wear and works perfectly. It is missing the button on the side of the meter, I think that it was for battery check, but I am not positive. Someone seems to have also drilled a small hole on the back of the meter under the eyepiece (see photos), I am not sure why. Otherwise, the meter is in excellent condition and works perfectly. It is accurate and the mechanical functions are smooth. The battery compartment is clean. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues.
