Zeiss Contax RF Camera Rare Macro Tube Helicoid for Copy Adapter [EXC]

This is a rare Helicoid macro tube for the vintage Contax rangefinders. It has about 1″ of extension, a built in focusing mechanism and a 3/8″ tripod thread.

It is in good condition with light wear and works perfectly.
